We're so thankful to have been able to partner with Heather and Michael, They are knowledgable about the market and overall just really amazing people! We were trying to sell our house in CO to move to CA and wanted to move as quickly as possible. We were impressed Art of Homes promptness and marketing! We found a buyer, however their agent was new and was negligent on following up for inspections and verifying their loan. This is of no fault of the Art of Homes team as we asked the LO to verify their funds. They were about to loose their ernest money because due their loan not being approved. Michael went 110% of the way to introduce the buyers to loan officers they knew who were able to move quickly to try to help them so they don't loose their ernest. Unfortuantely we couldn't close this deal due the the buyer. However Michael called all the agents who attended our previous open houses and we were under contract quickly. They still check in with us now that we are in California, I know if I have any questions about real estate now I can still call and ask them. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell as they will put in the work! :)
