Louisville is a charming town that sits just east of the foothills of Boulder County. There is great history in Lousville - in fact, it dates back to the mining era in 1877 when a local mine produced coal. Then, in 1882 Louis Nawatny bought land, hence the name Louisville.

There is a great suburban life for families, and a darling downtown for guests and locals to enjoy. Boutique shops, fantastic restaurants, a unique art scene, amazing schools and pretty neighborhoods make this town desirable for many.
